Let me be clear, I try to go outside everyday and walk and jog for at least 30 minutes. I never dressed for this, until I saw the jogging suit. It fit well, but non confining. It was very lightweight and comfortable. I found out why a jogging suit is so nice. With other things, they would be adjusted somehow, or change how they felt like the waist in my jeans pinching etc, With this suit, you are warmed if cold or wicked if you get warm. It doesn't bind or crimp and allows me to jog or walk without concern about my clothes. The jacket allows layering also, without becoming tight. It washes great too. I was pleased and now need to get a few more sets in different colors...
