I use them throughout the day and night when I'm at home. I even put a pair on my feet at bedtime. I've had too many slips and falls when I'm startled out of my sleep. These definitely cut down on the amount of falls I experience. I'm so glad I found them in the Carol Wright catalog. Great price, three basic colors and safety are all important to me.
